We completed the design, specification and installation of a new bathroom for one of our loyal customers based in Wigan.
We started by attending site to survey the required works were we offered to advise the client to best layout and use the space availible.
We then suggested bathroom showrooms locally so they could look at bathroom furniture & tiles they liked.
After the client chose the furniture and tiles that they liked we prepared a quote for the full supply, installation and management of subcontract works required.
This project included;
- Removal & Replacement of damaged subfloor and the structure of which was treated.
- Removal and Replacement of the bathroom window in the bathroom
- Removal and Replacement of wall sub straight to enable tiling works.
- Removal and reinstallation of bathroom lighting.
- Removal and replacement of lino flooring
- First and second fix plumbing works for the new furniture to the new locations as well as a new external soil stack vent to the external of the property.
In summary, our client benefited from a premium installation with clear advice and solid planning of the project enabling minimal disruption while the works took place, with final results gain in just over a week.
