See below the local rate for a callout. If you haven’t already got one, our Boiler Care Plans are an easy way to maintain the health of your boiler with regular checkups.

The cost of the call out is £90 for up to the first hour.

£45 per 30 minutes thereafter plus the cost of any parts
Rate Includes VAT
We find we can diagnose a fault within the first 60 minutes. If parts are required a quotation will be prepared and we will not fit any parts without your consent

If your callout is not covered by your cover plan, you will need to pay our standard callout fee of £90 for up to the first 1 hour and £45 per 30 minutes thereafter, or a standard £190 fee for drain unblocking.
