The Project
We recently worked with Faun Zoeller Fleet Services in Chorley, where our team carried out servicing and safety checks on their existing gas systems serving the office and workshop areas.
During our inspection and testing, we identified that parts of the gas installation required an urgent upgrade to ensure the system remained safe, compliant, and suitable for the operational demands of the site. Catching issues early like this helps prevent downtime, safety risks, and costly emergency repairs.
The Work Carried Out
Following our inspection, we carried out upgrades and improvements to the gas pipework and system components to bring the installation up to current standards and ensure reliable operation for the business.
The works included:
- Commercial gas system inspection and testing
- Upgrades to existing gas pipework
- Installation of new isolation valves
- Improvements to pipework routing and support
- Safety checks and compliance testing
- Ensuring the system was safe for continued use in office and workshop areas
All work was completed in line with commercial gas safety regulations and carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers.
The Outcome
The upgraded gas system now provides a safe and reliable supply to the building, ensuring the office and workshop can continue operating without interruption. By identifying the issue during routine servicing, the client avoided potential safety risks and unexpected system failures.
