Main Heating Plant At Runshaw College Upgrade
Deakin’s recently completed a new plant room scheme following two commercial boilers of which were immediately dangerous!
Deakin’s were awarded the contract of upgrading the main heating plant at Runshaw College, Leyland. The project cost was £94k and included the following works:
- Installation of three Remeha Gas 310 Eco Pro. (395KW)
- Adaptation of welded pipework both hydraulic & gas to suit the installation layout.
- Installation of new Cascade S/S Flue System.
- Upgrading of BMS Trend System & Out Field Wiring.
- Installation Of Turbine Gas Metering.
- Installation of new Pipe Insulation.
- Cleaning & Chemical Dosing of Heating System.
Overall the project went smoothly considering the period we had of which was only 7 days total. Our team excelled themselves putting in additional hours when needed.
