Boiler Service
An annual inspection of your boiler to keep in line with the manufacturer’s guarantee.
- A visual check of the boiler
- Firing the boiler to identify any working faults
- A flue gas analysis emissions test
- Checking the flue and ventilation are in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
- Checking and recharging the expansion vessel if required.
- Checking and adjusting the heating system pressure
- Cleaning the condensate trap
- Issuing one electronic copy of our service checklist.
Carbon MonoxideAs part of our cover plan we will check your carbon monoxide alarms are installed and working correctly. (If applicable)

Boiler Repairs
We will make repairs to a single natural gas boiler including its flue up to one meter in length.
ControlsWe will make repairs to the control systems that operate the boiler which include;
- Programmer
- Room and cylinder thermostats
- Motorised valves
- Central heating circulation pumps
We will arrange to replace the controls if we are unable to repair them.
Hot Water Cylinder RepairsRepairs to;
- Immersion heaters & thermostats
- Gas Supply Pipework
Central Heating SystemWe will make repairs to your central heating system and other ancillaries.
- Feed and expansion/storage tanks
- Radiators & radiator valves
- Bypass valves
- Pipes that interconnect your boiler to radiators & cylinders.
We will arrange to replace any parts we are unable to repair.
PlumbingRepairs to plumbing systems within your property;
- Interconnecting hot and cold-water pipework from your internal stop tap to your appliances and equipment
- Cold water storage tanks
- Toilet syphons & fill valve

Total peace of mind, our expert engineers will service your boiler annually, depending on your plan we’ll make repairs to your boiler and system to keep you and your family warm.
No! Your Cover Plan monthly payment is the only payment you’ll need to pay. (Subject to Terms & Conditions)
Absolutely, just give us a call. Depending on your rental property appliances we will provide a plan to suit your needs.
Our expert engineers can usually attend within 24 hours, during extremely busy times this may not be possible but we will keep you informed.
We will arrange for a welcome inspection within 14 days after your sign-up, your Cover Plan will start following a satisfactory welcome inspection, and 14 days after you signed up for your Cover Plan.
We will contact you or your assigned contact to arrange a time mutually convenient to book your annual service. Where possible we will try and arrange your service in the summer months so we can prioritize breakdowns in the winter. If your boiler service needs to be completed within a certain month to maintain a manufacturers guarantee or warranty we will endeavor to keep within the anniversary of the boiler installation.
If you have a care plan elsewhere but want to switch to us, then you’ll need to contact your existing provider and cancel your plan. You should find out what their cancellation policy is prior to this.
