He was very friendly and thorough and didn't mind me asking him questions. He wanted to make sure everything was working before he left. We have used Deakins before and although we had a quote issue which was rectified, have found them to be very efficient and the lads who have done the various jobs have been great. Even Richard was lovely when he came to do a gas fire/boiler service recently.
